Bubbles, sidewalk chalk, butterflies and sassiness – this kit is filled with spunk and spark. Stars and stripes, dots and plaids, rainbows and ribbons… you will find yourself pulling pieces from this kit over and over again to celebrate the independent spirits in your life!
